Not receiving any notification

I configured a device (Object ID) recently but never received any notifications from LazyNanny.

  1. Please make sure the following have a value
    • External IPv4 address
    • Object alias
    • Recipients*
  2. You need to activate LazyNanny with an "I'm OK" check-in for this Object ID at least once.
    Can be done manually but should normally be taken care of by your scheduler program.
    If the device does not check-in again within the set "Grace time" you may expect notifications from LazyNanny.
    Please note that it may take up to an hour for your changes to propagate. So you cannot start testing immediately.
